Flu Vaccination
Please read this entire page before proceeding. We will update all relevant information regarding flu vaccinations on this page – please do NOT call or email the pharmacy. We thank you for your patience as we work to get everyone vaccinated in a timely fashion.
Mortar + Pestle Pharmacy is now offering flu vaccination for all patients ages 2 and up. Please choose the appropriate age group on the following page, or you may be turned away at the time of your appointment.
If the calendar indicates there are no times in a given month it is because we have not opened up appointments due to lack of vaccine supply. It does not mean we are fully booked for the month. Please check the website daily for updated appointment availability.
There are NO waitlists, cancellation lists or pre-registration lists. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment date and time. If you have not received a confirmation email, your appointment is NOT confirmed. Please check your junk mail before booking again.
Before arriving to the pharmacy, we ask that you complete the consent form sent in your confirmation email (Please complete sections 1 to 4 only). If you do not have a printer at home, we will provide forms in the pharmacy at the time of vaccination.
Please do NOT come to your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
All patients will be required to wear a mask or face covering indoors, except for infants/toddlers under the age of two.
